REGISTRATION OPEN APRIL 13 - JUNE 8 | We are excited that you are looking to play soccer with our FBC Nesbit Family for Fall 2026. We desire to provide your family with a Christ-centered league for your children to grow in both skill and love for the game. PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED TO BE 3 years-old by MAY 1, 2026.  PLAYERS MUST BE NO OLDER THAN 18 AND MUST NOT BE ANY HIGHER THAN 12TH GRADE ENROLLMENT IN SCHOOL.  IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE CONTACT THE CHURCH OFFICE.

After teams have been created and we have met with coaches, your coach will inform you of your scheduled day and time.

Our goal in ministering to the family is to place all siblings practice sessions on the same night . ONLY Coaches will be allowed to give us options on practice nights better suited for them. ALL EXTENDED FAMILY MEMBERS AND/OR FRIENDS WILL NOT ALL BE PUT ON THE SAME TEAM - TEAMS WILL BE DIVIDED EVENLY TO THE BEST OF OUR KNOWLEDGE,  SKILL LEVEL, AGE ETC.  Our goal is to strengthen each individual player.  This in turn makes for stronger team units, both on and off the field, that build one another up and encourages awesome fellowship!

I, parent/guardian of the above-named child, ackowledge that participation in athletic ativities involves risk of physical injury. I further ackowledge that FBC Nesbit programs are primarily administered by parent volunteers rather than paid professionals.  In consideration of registration acceptance and permission for voluntary participation by this child, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless FBCN, its employees & volunteers, from any claims arising from/regarding to any injury resulting from participation in league events.

FORM with PAYMENT IS DUE MONDAY JUNE 8. ONLINE ACCESS WILL BE SHUTDOWN BY 5PM.
PAYMENT INCLUDES UNIFORM AND END OF SEASON RECOGNITION.

SHIN GUARDS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL GAMES AND MUST BE PROVIDED BY PLAYER.
You will not be added to a roster until required payment is received.
