We are excited that you are looking to play soccer with our FBC Nesbit Family for Spring 2025. We desire to provide your family with a Christ-centered league for your children to connect with God, connect with others, learn about service and why we exist...to reach the lost. After teams have been created and we have met with coaches, your coach will inform you of your scheduled day, time and team color. COACHES ONLY ARE ALLOWED TO CHOOSE A PARTICULAR PRACTICE NIGHT. ALL OTHER PLAYERS WILL BE PLACED EVENLY AMONG ALL TEAMS.

Our goal in ministering to the family is to place all siblings practice sessions on the same night . ONLY Coaches will be allowed to give us options on practice nights better suited for them. ALL EXTENDED FAMILY MEMBERS AND/OR FRIENDS WILL NOT ALL BE PUT ON THE SAME TEAM - TEAMS WILL BE DIVIDED EVENLY TO THE BEST OF OUR KNOWLEDGE,  SKILL LEVEL, AGE ETC.  Our goal is to strengthen each individual player.  This in turn makes for stronger team units, both on and off the field, that build one another up and encourages awesome fellowship!

I further ackowledge that FBC Nesbit programs are primarily administered by parent volunteers rather than paid professionals.  In consideration of registration acceptance and permission for voluntary participation by this child, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless FBCN, its employees & volunteers, from any claims arising from/regarding to any injury resulting from participation in league events.

FORM with PAYMENT IS DUE FRIDAY JANUARY 31 5PM. ONLINE ACCESS WILL BE SHUTDOWN AFTER THAT TIME.
PAYMENT INCLUDES JERSEY AND END OF SEASON RECOGNITION.

SHIN GUARDS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL GAMES AND MUST BE PROVIDED BY PLAYER.

SHORTS OF YOUR CHOICE AND SOCKS WILL ALSO BE PROVICED BY PLAYERS.
